Bedfordshire Global Business & Investment Connect (BGBIC) collects the information you submit through our registration and enquiry forms so that we can assess attendance, arrange relevant introductions and contact you about the event.

• To process and confirm your registration.
• To provide event information.
• To plan relevant business introductions where appropriate.
• To send BGBIC updates when you have chosen to receive them.

We do not sell your personal information. We retain registration information only for as long as it is needed for the event, follow-up activity and applicable record-keeping obligations.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw from event updates, by emailing [email protected].

Google Sheets

Authorised event administrators may use a private Google Sheet as a working attendee list. WordPress remains the primary registration record. Access to the Sheet is restricted to the event team and any deletion or correction request will be applied to both records.
