Registration

Submitting an expression of interest does not guarantee attendance. Places are subject to confirmation by the BGBIC team. Attendance is free unless we tell you otherwise before you accept a place.

Event changes

Programme details, speakers and participating organisations may change. Confirmed information will be published as it becomes available.

Conduct

Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. BGBIC may refuse or withdraw admission where this is necessary for the safety or proper running of the event.

Photography

If photography or filming will take place, attendees will be informed and given information about how to raise any concerns.
